Refund Policy

Overview

Refund eligibility lasts within 5 days. We may not offer you a refund after 5 days of successful purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have to meet the following;

• Within 5 days of purchase
• A premium item purchased but not during promotional sales.
• “Item not working” as a reason is considered weak for eligibility.
• Not a membership subscription
• No negative review must be live on any platform.

Considerations

• The membership plans are not refundable. This is because you’re concerned with the membership that allows you to download any items from freewpitems.net. When you successfully purchase a membership and start downloading you can’t be refunded except in a case whereby, you can’t log in, can’t access our items, or can’t download anything.
• You purchase the membership and you did not individually purchase the items you downloaded via membership. If the membership works, and the items you downloaded have no issue, then you can’t be refunded. You are given access to over 3200 items, a single or couple of faulty items don’t qualify to render the service we offered and you experienced negative.
• There are 3200+ items you can download, so if found an item not satisfied with you can download a premium alternative item from our site with the membership plan without extra cost. For example, if WPForms could not work for you, you can still download and use Formidable forms with your membership site.
• We redistribute what third-party developers/brands create, we’re not the developers, and as such we hardly take responsibility for items not working with your site especially when it’s been tested. Learn more

Before requesting a refund, your receipt or proof of purchase is needed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

• An account with suspicious activities. Learn more
